Free Cookbook: Southern Living 2001 Annual Recipes

This cookbook features great menus for brunches that include healthy entrees like vegetable scrambled eggs, pineapple glazed ham and more, starting at pg. 288. I like how each recipe includes a nutritional analysis. This is one of my American husband's cookbooks that has been sitting on our living room's bookshelf and taking up valuable space. This is another duplicate that he never read and this cookbook is like new condition. He told me that I could just trash it to make space for my Chinese cookbooks from Hong Kong. But I prefer to give it away to someone who can make good use of this cookbook.
